Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your KonofFoods account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

From the app

1. Open the KonofFoods app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Account Security.
4. Scroll to Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

By email

If you can't access the app, email us from your registered email address at konofkonnect@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, product and business listings, cart, favorites, profile photos, followers and following data, and your account credentials. Conversations are removed from your account. This action cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Some records, such as completed order history needed by the other party to a transaction, may be retained in anonymized form, and certain data may be kept where required by law. We do not keep your personal profile information after deletion.
